Assignment #7: Orange
For the next few weeks, I will be taking the reigns on the photo assignments, and for this week I went with the color orange. I thought it would be a great theme that would bring out the originality of each photographer. With colors, you have to carefully choose what you want to shoot, since you usually have plenty of choices. I also highly encouraged everyone to do plenty of post processing to create some more dramatic results. Here are all the entries from this week:

Paul M. Hooper is an internationally published photographer living in Lexington, Kentucky. He shoots shows at various venues in Kentucky and neighboring states, as well as traveling around the country shooting models portraits. There isn’t a bad shot in the bunch ! From an observer’s viewpoint, I think this was my favorite of the photo assignments to date - and who would have thought “orange” would produce some many great pictures (not me certainly)?

There is such a variety as well, since we are all exposed to different things. I think that is my favorite part, how unique each picture is from the next.
