EKU: Theory of a Deadman

After Black Stone Cherry was Theory of a Deadman, who are definitely a recognizable band, with many hit songs that grace the radio on a regular basis. Never seeing them live, I had no idea of what to expect.

They definitely know how to play great, solid rock. While the band members themselves were perhaps the least active with their movements, they were still able to energize the crowd with their music and amazing lighting. Having the best lighting of all four bands that night, it definitely added a mood to their music, be it relaxed or high intensity. Below are seven of the photos that I uploaded to my Flickr for Theory of a Deadman. Click on them to visit the photo page on Flickr.

You can view all the photos from Theory of a Deadman on my Flickr in the set with the same name, which is located under the EKU Spring Concert collection. It seems like the stars aligned giving me some photos that I am definitely happy with, and are probably my favorite of all four bands. The band didn’t move a lot, which made things easier, but also the lighting was great. There were a variety of colors illuminating everything perfectly which my camera seemed to really enjoy.

I have to admit, I enjoyed Theory of a Deadman the most out of the whole lineup that night. I loved their music, but also loved their performance and lighting. It was just amazing overall. If you would like to learn more about Theory of a Deadman then drop by their site at TheoryofaDeadman.com.
