Invasion 09: Skate Tournament
This past Sunday was not only Father’s Day, but also National Go Skateboarding Day. It just so happened that both fell on the same day this year. Cosmic, a local clothing and skate shop, hosts an event called Invasion each year on National Go Skateboarding Day. There is a skate tournament, live bands, booths, and all sorts of entertainment all day. I had never been any of the previous years but decided to check it out this year.
